Formulating effect pigments

Just Pigments special effect pigments offer excellent compatibility with other pigments or dyes. All the ingredients are FDA approved. Colored pearlescent pigments do not only provide effect, but also colour to cosmetic products. Pigment concentrations differ per product from a liquid soap, starting at 1%, to pressed powders, up to 60%.
