Pastel Pink Clay

Note for wet applications: Working with fine pigments (small micron size) such as this can clump in your formula. Experienced formulators will mix the pigment with a small amount of batch material in something like a mortar and pestle. Once that small batch is colored and smooth with clumps mashed out, it is then added to the larger amount of base material.

French Pink Clay is made up of fine mineral particles and iron oxides which determine its color.

A very mild clay that can be used on dry or sensitive skin.

French Pink Clay is a combination of red and white clays.

It is considered to be the mildest of all the clays and works well for normal, sensitive and mature skin types.

Its unique composition includes Kaolinite, Iron, Illite, Montmorillonite and Calcite.
